Attorney Hugo Martinez was born in Ario de Rosales, Michoacán, Mexico. He received his law degree from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo in Morelia, Mexico in 2000. He obtained his license to practice law in Mexico on 2001.
